About Humble Bundle:

Humble Bundle sells games, ebooks, software, and other digital content. Our mission is to support charity while providing awesome content to customers at great prices. We launched in 2010 with a single two-week Humble Indie Bundle, but we have humbly grown into a store full of games and bundles, a subscription service, a game publisher, and more. We have raised $200 million for charity and counting.

Position Intro:

We’re hiring a user-centric Product Designer who will define and evolve the user experience for both existing and completely new Humble products.

You’ll use your design superpowers to navigate through complexity to deliver clear, simple, elegant products that successfully solve both user and business problems.

With strong visual design and illustration skills, your portfolio reflects the breadth of your experience building ecommerce and/or gaming products, and you are as comfortable designing for web and mobile web as for native applications.

You have hands-on experience with usability testing, user research, and post-release A/B testing of your designs and concepts.  You know the value of data, and you’re excited to learn as much as you can from customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design on new products and features from ideation to release to iterative optimization
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Business Development, and Marketing to define, prioritize, design and build the best products and experiences for our users
  • Work closely with Engineering, QA, and Ops to ensure the full user journey is true to our quality standards
  • Create beautiful and intuitive designs and prototypes and perform user research to define business opportunities and product strategy
  • Leverage analytics, A/B testing and other tools and experiments to drive continual iteration
  • Evangelize and support the ongoing refinement of our development and design process

Required Experience:

  • 3+ years experience as a product designer working on ecommerce and/or gaming products
  • A strong portfolio showcasing web and native app designs and best practices, including well explained UX/UI/interaction designs
  • Proven expertise translating complex problems into simple, visually engaging, and compelling user experiences
  • Hands-on experience building brands and products from the ground-up leveraging your illustration and visual design skills
  • Experience resolving UX debt by strategically iterating products over time
  • Experience building prototypes and conducting user research/usability tests in platforms such as UserTesting

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Strong knowledge of Figma, Sketch, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, Agile environment and bring an entrepreneurial approach to your work
  • Working knowledge of HTML and CSS
  • Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mode Analytics, or Heap is a plus
