About Humble Bundle:

Humble Bundle sells games, ebooks, software, and other digital content. Our mission is to support charity while providing awesome content to customers at great prices. We launched in 2010 with a single two-week Humble Indie Bundle, but we have humbly grown into a store full of games and bundles, a subscription service, a game publisher, and more. We have raised $195 million for charity and counting. And we now have over 400,000 subscribers to our Humble Choice.

Position Intro:

Humble Bundle is looking for a Producer  to supercharge the support we provide all of the talented indie game developers we have partnered with and facilitate smooth, well-planned, expertly-guided development cycles and product launches. This role would help our organization by owning a set of titles in active development and ensuring that all tasks across production are addressed and completed in a timely manner. In addition, producers will be responsible for helping identify key areas to be improved on through a game’s lifecycle given the available time and resources. Our ideal candidate should love to play games and have a passion for the latest game development methods, tools, and platforms.

Supervision Exercised:

Individual Contributor


  • Own the production deliverables of 4-6 indie games in various stages of development
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the developers, across different time zones
  • Identify potential game risks early and formulate strategies to mitigate or escalate as necessary
  • Generate gameplay evaluation reports and identify key areas of improvement
  • Source and manage external contractors for localization, porting, and QA testing
  • Evaluate, propose and implement process improvements to team workflows
  • Coordinate with Production Director to ensure coverage across all other active titles

Required Experience:

  • 6+ years working in the game industry
  • Track record of managing multiple deliverables simultaneously
  • A deep understanding of game development best-practices and process
  • Strong experience using project management methods and related software
  • Team player with a positive attitude

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Bonus Points

  • Above average knowledge of indie games and gaming culture
