Responsibilities
- Assisting the Director of Enrollment with the definition, and implementation of a go-to market strategy to recruit internationally minded, high-quality students in North America for our graduate degree programs
- Representing the school at various fairs, conferences, school visits, and 'meet and greets' in targeted cities in North America
- Advising prospective students on the programs in person or via telephone and guiding them through the enrollment and admissions process
- Engage and nurture relationships from initial student contact through to them arriving in class
- Executing a state-of-the-art customer service approach
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- At least one year of work experience in sales, customer service or business development
- Some study or work abroad experience and a passion to work in a multicultural environment
- Strong commercial instincts, business acumen, analytical ability and execution skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both on the phone and in person
- The poise to handle the pressure and demands of our industry in a fast-paced and changing environment
- A flexible and positive outlook
- An entrepreneurial spirit and can think outside the box
- Target driven and “nothing is impossible” positive attitude
- Native or fluent English and preferably one or two other foreign languages
