Enrollment Coordinator
The Hult Undergraduate Enrollment Team is looking to hire an Enrollment Coordinator/Application Manager with full-time hours and responsibilities. This role would be an integral part of the enrollment team in Mexico City. We are looking for a self-starter, team-oriented person who wants to help us find outstanding students for our global business school!
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate all events, including Accepted Student Dinners, regional webinars, summer retention events, and other events
- Research school and college fairs in Mexico and Central America to support the Enrollment Advisor Team plans for fall and spring travel
- Assist prospective students through the application process by collecting documents, scheduling interviews, and following up as needed in a timely manner
- Promote our top-ranked program to pre-qualified potential candidates
- Support the enrollment team with additional projects and assignments as needed
- Support Enrollment Advisors to ensure a clean pipeline of prospective students, when needed
Qualifications:
- Has exceptional interpersonal communication skills and effortlessly relates to people of varied cultural and social backgrounds.
- Is self-motivated and driven.
- Works best in a team environment and thrives on collaboration.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
- Experience in sales or B2C preferred.
- Exceptional listening and communication skills
- Customer-focused, understanding candidate needs
- Ambitious and target-oriented
- Self-motivated self-starter
- Willingness to learn and open to feedback
