Senior Financial Analyst - Los Angeles
Description
At Hudson Pacific Properties, we provide best-in-class office space to the biggest names in tech and media (Netflix and Amazon), and we're seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to perform financial and operational analyses and assist with forecasting and analytical support for various projects within our company's portfolio. As an integral member of the Financial Planning & Analysis corporate team, the candidate will collaborate with the Accounting and Property Operations department to manage projects timely and efficiently.
What You'll Do
- Maintain financial models using Excel and Argus software for financial analysis of
properties, debt transactions, equity raises and other structured finance
transactions. - Review and update all Argus files for assigned regions for budgets and lease
activities. - Maintain corporate earnings model.
- Track leasing activities across assigned properties.
- Create and complete corporate forecasts and budgets, identifying trends and
variance drivers. - Assist in preparing corporate presentations, responding to queries from the
investor community, executives and other general portfolio management
analyses and activities. - Assist in rolling out all web filings and publish documents (10Q, supplemental
script, press releases, etc.) - Coordinate and gather information from various departments in the Company
(primarily accounting, operations, investor relations and investments) for use in
financial projections and data analysis, reviewing financial reports, and help
prepare for Board meetings. - Support the annual budget process and help prepare budget presentations to the
Board of Directors and executive team. - Assist in preparing all Quarterly files including various analyses on all properties
such as budget to actual, YTD, and current verses prior quarters, etc. - Miscellaneous duties as assigned.
What You'll Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or other related field
- 4-5+ years of experience in financial analysis, real estate analysis, or asset/portfolio management roles
- Excellent computer skills
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of Real Estate Modeling (e.g. Argus)
- Knowledge of Real Estate Accounting Software (e.g. Yardi)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong initiative and ability to manage multiple projects timely and accurately
- Detail oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
- Focused with a polished and professional demeanor

Salary Range: $112,000.00 to $127,000.00 annually USD (subject to relevant experience)
