At Hudson Pacific Properties, we provide best-in-class office space to the biggest names in tech (Netflix and Amazon), and we're seeking a Lease Administrator for our Corporate office in Los Angeles, CA. The Lease Administrator sets up leases and tracks financial obligations for a portfolio of properties with accuracy, precision, and an understanding of the big picture. In addition to collaborating within the accounting department, they will work closely with property managers and tenants. What You'll Do

  • Abstract and set up new leases for office, studio, and retail spaces into Yardi with accuracy and precision.
  • Review and process rental charges.
  • Provide outstanding service to tenants, property managers, and leasing managers on all lease administration issues.
  • Generate and review Monthly Rent Roll reviews with Property Management team.
  • Generate tenant statements and invoices.
  • Complete setup for all recovery calculations in accordance with lease terms, other legal documents, and historical information.
  • Prepare tenant reconciliations for common area maintenance (CAM), insurance and real estate taxes in accordance with lease terms for an assigned portfolio.
  • Collaborate with Property Management team to resolve tenant billing inquiries and audits. 
  • Assist property teams with reporting, including arrears and variance reports. 


What You'll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • At least one year of experience in commercial real estate related to property management, accounting, or lease administration.
  • Collaborative teammate with the capacity to work independently in a multifaceted, fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to see how details connect to the broader picture.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with Yardi is a plus.


Salary Range: $33.65 to $40.86 an hour USD (subject to relevant experience)
