At Hudson Pacific Properties, we provide best-in-class office space to the biggest names in tech and media. Through our paid NextGen Internship Program, we are seeking a Property Management Intern to join our team for 10 weeks and gain valuable real-world experience by working in-person at Hudson Pacific Properties’ Pacific Northwest regional office in Seattle. As an integral member of the Property Management team, you will contribute to day-to-day operations, assist with special projects, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to gain exposure to the inner workings of the company.

What You'll Do
•    Support and work closely with the 3 local Property Management teams on day-to-day operations and assist with ongoing departmental projects to gain meaningful insight into how tenant relations directly impacts building operations in Class-A properties. 
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams like leasing, construction, and engineering on general leasing of vacant space and rollover, tenant improvement projects and gain exposure to the inner workings of our buildings.
•    Conduct research, organize data, and prepare reports or presentations as needed.
•    Participate in team meetings and contribute creative ideas to enhance department goals.
•    Complete a final Summer Showcase presentation outlining what you’ve learned and worked on during your internship and present to fellow interns and team members. 
•    The intern will gain invaluable knowledge not only of management and operations, but also of how a fully in-house owner/manager company works to ensure we deliver the best service to our tenants and stakeholders.
 
What You'll Need
•    Applicants must have recently completed (within the last 2 years) or be currently enrolled in an applicable college-level or trade school program.
•    Applicants must submit a resume and cover letter.  Your cover letter must clearly indicate your desired location & department(s) of interest, availability, and outline how your major, prior work experience, and/or career goals apply.
•    Preferred:
- Major/minor in Real Estate or related field preferred.
- Basic understanding of commercial real estate. 
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products. 
 
Additional Information
•    The application deadline: January 30th, 2026
•    Notification of Acceptance: Week of March 9th, 2026
•    Internship Start Date: June 15th, 2026
•    Duration: 10 Weeks
•    Pay Rate: $23.00 an hour USD.
•    Accommodation for travel, room and board will not be provided and will be the sole responsibility of the intern.
