At Hudson Pacific Properties, we provide best-in-class office space to the biggest names in tech and media (i.e. Netflix & Amazon), and we're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IT Manager.
 
The Senior IT Manager is responsible for leading IT operations within a defined area of the business, ensuring that technology services are reliable, secure, and aligned with both enterprise standards and local business needs. This role combines operational leadership with business engagement, managing IT staff, overseeing day-to-day delivery, and ensuring that technology solutions support the workflows, client demands, and unique requirements of their region. The Senior IT Manager collaborates closely with IT leadership and peer managers to implement enterprise platforms while tailoring support for the priorities of their assigned area.
  
What You'll Do  
  • Lead IT staff, overseeing daily operations, scheduling, workload distribution, and staff development.
  • Serve as the primary IT leader for the assigned business area, aligning IT initiatives with operational goals, workflows, and client demands.
  • Track IT budgets and operational spend, providing reporting and accountability for projects and services within the area.
  • Coordinate with central IT leadership on vendor engagement, contracts, and service providers, ensuring local needs are addressed within enterprise agreements.
  • Own the lifecycle, service delivery, and client satisfaction for area-specific IT services, such as:
    • Corporate: building management systems (BMS) and line-of-business applications supporting operations.
  • Act as the senior escalation point for VIP and C-Level executives within the area, ensuring discreet, responsive support.
  • Ensure compliance with IT security policies, SOX requirements, and corporate standards across all technologies.
  • Provide technical leadership for enterprise-wide initiatives, ensuring successful rollout, adoption, and integration.
  • Partner with Engineering teams on infrastructure initiatives, contributing subject matter expertise and supporting advanced troubleshooting.
  • Mentor and develop IT staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and technical excellence.
  • Track and report on IT service performance, client satisfaction, and operational effectiveness to drive continuous improvement.
What You'll Need  
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field required.
  • 8–10 years progressive IT experience across service delivery, infrastructure, collaboration platforms, and enterprise applications.
  • Proven experience leading IT teams, including staff management, workload prioritization, and performance development.
  • Experience tracking and reporting IT budgets and spend, and coordinating with leadership on financial planning.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365 suite (Teams, Outlook, Copilot, SharePoint), Azure AD/Hybrid AD, Intune or equivalent MDM/MAM platforms, and Zoom.
  • Solid understanding of enterprise infrastructure components (servers, networks, phone systems) and building management systems.
  • Familiarity with client-facing IT service models, revenue services, and operational support in technology-driven environments.
  • Working knowledge of email security platforms, MDM/MAM policies, and device management configurations.
  • Strong project leadership skills with ability to balance enterprise standards and local business requirements.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills, with experience supporting VIP and C-Level executives.
  • Ability to discreetly and tactfully recognize and handle sensitive and confidential information.
  • Ability to multi-task and be proactive as well as a self-starter in a collaborative work environment.
  • ITIL v4 certification desired; Microsoft or CompTIA certifications a plus.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings/weekends, to support critical operations.
  • Ability to work varied hours, including early morning, late evening or weekends to provide on-site support (occasionally).
Salary Range: $140,000.00 to $150,000.00 annually USD (subject to relevant experience)
