At Hudson Pacific Properties, we provide best-in-class office space to the biggest names in tech (Netflix and Amazon), and we are looking for an experienced IT Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will demonstrate a combined understanding of Windows Operating Systems, Apple OSX, Microsoft Office Suites, Microsoft Admin Center, Zoom Video Conferencing, Windows based computer & server hardware, networking, Apple iOS, Android Smartphones, and hybrid Azure Active Directory Account Administration. Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal and customer service skills, and exceptional white-glove service delivery is also essential to succeed in this position. Capability to travel locally within the LA area on an occasional basis required.
 
What You'll Do
  • Day-to-day responsibilities primarily consist of monitoring the ServiceNow ticket queue to provide top-tier desktop support to end-users in the corporate office while coordinating efforts with our other IT teams to meet end-user and business needs thought all HPP locations.
  • Develop and maintain an excellent working relationship with all departments and provide a high level of in-person and remote IT support throughout the organization, prioritizing support for our senior executive team in an urgent and accurate manner. 
  • Onboard and offboard user accounts using Active Directory in a hybrid environment and Microsoft Admin Center. Ability to follow detailed service catalogs in ServiceNow to properly create and disable accounts to meet SOX compliances. 
  • Windows-based PC hardware and software installation, troubleshooting, and support. Apple OSX software troubleshooting and support. Multi-function printer and copier troubleshooting and support. Basic enterprise level network and Wi-Fi troubleshooting. Workstation setups including docks, monitors, peripherals, and desk phones. 
  • Microsoft Intune MDM and Azure AD support for Windows computers, Apple computers, iOS devices, and Android devices. Autopilot computers using Intune for laptop upgrades and re-deployments.
  • Windows file shares support using role-based security for SharePoint data. Providing access by assigning and revoking access to specific security groups in Active Directory.
  • Provide technical guidance and subject matter expertise to IT team members and end-users with computer, IT systems, and software questions. Creating detailed knowledge-based articles in ServiceNow that can be used by the IT team or by end-users.
  • Document changes and problems in ServiceNow that impact the service desk. Communicate and track these changes and problems to completion. 
  • Administer Mitel Cloud accounts, assigning desk phones, configuring hunt groups, call forwarding, and all other telephony features within the Mitel Cloud admin platform. Provide end user support for their Mitel desk phones. 
  • IT Asset Management within ServiceNow and Intune, hardware and software inventory assignments including life cycle management, laptop upgrades, and warranty expirations. 
  • Training assistance with new users and provide on-going training to all end-users as needed or requested.
  • Provide technical assistance for conference calls in Zoom, Teams, and Zoom Rooms. Troubleshoot A/V equipment in corporate Zoom Rooms.
  • Be familiar with Sarbanes-Oxley compliance processes, comply with standard IT security policies and practice a high standard of IT security hygiene.
 
What You'll Need
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience supporting local and remote Windows based PC’s & Macs in a mid-range or greater sized corporate environment.
  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills to promptly and efficiently resolve or escalate technical problems. 
  • Excellent written documentation skills to efficiently communicate with end-users through ticket comments, add work notes to tickets for escalations or resolutions, create knowledge-based articles, document problems, and track changes.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365, Hybrid Azure AD Administration, Intune mobile device management, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and ServiceNow Ticketing System.
  • Experience with Windows servers, PowerShell, and basic enterprise networking.
  • Experience with Microsoft Windows and Macs, computer software and hardware, and imaging practices.
  • Experience with Zoom Video Conferencing, Zoom Rooms, and Zoom admin.
  • Ability to multi-task, be proactive, and be a self-starter in a team oriented, collaborative, open and exciting work environment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with C-Class Executives and professionally with non-technical business users, clients, and vendors.
  • Ability to work varied hours, including early morning, late evening, or weekends to provide on-site support (occasionally).
  • CompTIA A+ certification desired.
  • ITIL v4 Foundation certification desired.
 
Essential Physical Functions / Environment:
  • Requires being in the office (Brentwood Los Angeles, CA) Monday through Friday.
  • Requires a wide range of constant physical and office activities, including but not limited to walking, standing, sitting for long periods of time, bending, lifting, etc.
  • Requires walking and climbing stairs throughout offices.
  • Requires lifting and handling computer equipment, supplies and materials up to 50 pounds.
 
Salary Range: $28.00 to $36.00 an hour USD (subject to relevant experience)
