  • Acquisitions & Development Support: provide ad hoc analyses and support to ensure rigorous thinking behind studio acquisitions, development projects, and production services acquisitions
  • Deck creation + ideation: develop materials for internal presentations, JV partners, town hall meetings, off-sites and external conferences
  • Strategic thought partner – act as thought partner and ear to the ground for Senior Director and SVP; surface issues, roadblocks, and concerns from the org and our operating businesses and drive alignment and buy-in for executive projects and priorities
  • Cross-functional liaison – serve as a liaison to cross-functional groups across the company with a focus on analytics, process improvements, and problem solving; includes coordination of key meetings which may include formulating the topics to cover, building, and advising agendas, guiding the discussion, bringing together notes and action items, and following up as appropriate

What You’ll Need

  • 5+ years of prior experience in private equity or strategy consulting
  • Entrepreneurial, self-starter – resourceful and innovative with a demonstrated ability to get things done from ideation to implementation with little input needed– you’re always questioning if there is a better, simpler way to do something
  • Curious and a quick learner – able to dive into any of the area business and get up to speed quickly; strong intellectual curiosity
  • Strong communicator – able to influence people who you don't manage and be persuasive and effective while remaining pleasant and professional; must have excellent verbal and written skills. You write well, understand the power of storytelling, great follow up and can parse through the numbers to uncover the story within.
  • Analytical – highly analytical mindset with experience in data analytics, financial and strategic analysis
  • Problem solver – you come with solutions, not problems, and are always looking for a new challenge
  • Organized – strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task and prioritize in the face of many competing priorities
  • Trustworthy – used to handling confidential information with a high degree of integrity; ability to build credibility and relationships quickly across functions/levels including partnering and consulting; a good sounding board for others, with low ego and ability to anticipate the needs of a busy executive
