THE OPPORTUNITY

 

Creative / Production Coordinator

The Creative/Production Coordinator is a member of the overall Creative and Production Departments and reports directly to the Head of Production & Creative Operations Director. A Coordinator organizes and collaborates with assigned project resources on behalf of their team leads. Coordinators typically work in coordinating particular projects assigned to them through the life cycle of a project with specific attention paid to creative and/or production support, (attending meetings, tracking key details of each project, liaising with internal stakeholders). When they ensure projects are executed to a high standard, both the Agency and clients can increase their productivity / efficiencies and improve awareness of their brand. Coordinators complete other organizational tasks that support the efforts of a variety of production & creative related projects, campaigns or events.

 

In this role you will…

  • Maintain the Agency Project and Production Trackers weekly - Gather updated information & timelines from project leads to track the lifecycle of each project to meet project milestones. 
  • Maintain and gather all production completion reports, credit lists and specs for final posting and shipping.

  • Assist Creatives with compiling assets & create links to showcase work.
  • During Awards Season, support Creative Operations Director with Awards Show submissions & maintain Awards tracker.
  • Perform administrative duties for CCO and other projects as assigned.

 

You have… 

  • 1-3 years of professional experience, or light experience working in a related field. 
  • Excellent work ethic with organization & time management skills to work on more than one project at a time.
  • Self motivated with a willingness to learn / work in a fastpaced environment working well with key team members.
  • Strong written and verbal communication with strong attention to detail and organization skills.
  • An interest in and eagerness to support the overall creative & production department.
  • Problem solving abilities to handle current challenges or inefficiencies.
  • Good judgement to address pressing project matters when time is limited.
  • Other skillsets should include: Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite, In Design, editing software a plus
  • Familiarity working within social media platforms (IG/Twitter/FB/Pintrest) a plus.
  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • The physical and mental requirements to meet the above listed job responsibilities.

The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $35,000 to $75,000. Individual compensation varies based on job related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
