Group Director Client Engagement

Client Services New York, New York Detroit, Michigan

Description

WHO IS HUDSON ROUGE

We are an integrated, luxury marketing boutique, headquartered in New York with offices in Detroit, Shanghai, Toronto and Mexico City. Founded in 2012, part of WPP and the VMLY&R group of agencies, we specialize in understanding, optimizing, and amplifying the unspoken codes that contribute to the staying power of luxury brands and services.

At Hudson Rouge, we provide a channel-agnostic, integrated approach and broad service offering, to clients in the ultra-competitive luxury sector.  We are the exclusive agency of record for the Lincoln automotive business across all channels – and this business is now experiencing a period of rapid transformation, modernization, and evolution.  This exciting challenge is about more than just marketing vehicles, it’s about redefining the notion of luxury itself – and the innovations we are developing in terms of lifestyle, experiences and technology (not to mention how we go to market) will profoundly change the course of this iconic 100+ year old brand.

  • Negotiate skillfully with both internal and external groups; settle differences with minimum noise; win concessions without damaging relationships; be both direct and forceful as well as diplomatic; gain trust quickly.
  • Manage the client fees and scope of work process skillfully, balancing investment with bottomline delivery and by pushing everyone to think and act entrepreneurially.
