The Account Supervisor works as a part of a team to partner with Clients to manage the development and production of integrated advertising programs, with a primary focus on digital platform, interacting with key Hudson Rouge team members and Clients to coordinate and manage the activities necessary to meet the needs of assigned projects. This includes but is not limited to supporting the development of Lincoln integrated communication plans, strategies and creative; supporting Client partners/vendors; hosting weekly status meetings with Clients and working with the team to manage project timelines, client expectations and reviews .        
       
Responsible for driving opportunities for growth and partnership between Client, agency and partners, all with the goal of successfully achieving clients’ marketing objectives while delivering creative excellence, effectiveness, savings and efficiency.      
       
This position requires outstanding communication, interpersonal and organization skills, excellent project management skills, creative problem solving and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities and deliverables.      
  
      
In this role you will…     
  
  • Provide Day to Day support for Lincoln Integrated Client team
  • Manage internal processes and collaborations with internal team (project management, Media, Strategy, Creative, Analytics). Maintain communication with appropriate agency and client personnel and ensure work is handled in a positive and efficient and timely manner
  • Facilitate and attend regular creative reviews with Clients and agency teams. Manage development of Client meeting presentation materials
  • Assist in management of strategy, creative and production process including delivery of creative
  • Ensure review and approval process for all projects, assist in facilitating the movement of work through internal routing system
  • Provide oversight to ensure deliverables meet strategic objectives, budget, and timing requirements
  • Coordinate across the agency and partners with project management and production team to maximize cost efficiencies while delivering creative executions that meet requirements
  • Manage vendor, partner and third party relationships on a project level
  • Create and communicate call reports, meeting recaps and follow-ups
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned

  • Proactive, excellent attention to detail
  • Strong leadership/project management skills
  • Strong communication/organization/presentation skills
  • Possess the ability to work outside of the traditional marketing model to build modern/disruptive digital experiences 
  • Background and experience with digital platform content creation and development — ideally enterprise level
  • Knowledge of Agency production processes
  • Proficient software knowledge and skills including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Working knowledge of Figma, Adobe Experience Manager and/or enterprise CMS platforms, digital landscape
  • Experience on automotive brand (optional)
  • Understands website metrics and KPIs
  • Ability to work autonomously 
  • Ability to think strategically and understand performance metrics
  • Relationship building and management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Minimum 5-7 years of advertising experience preferred
  • Experience managing budgets preferred
  • Have physical and mental requirements to meet the above listed job responsibilities

The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $60,000 to $140,000.
