Job Overview:
We are seeking a versatile and motivated Sales Representative to join our team. This unique role offers a mix of responsibilities, including outside sales, counter sales, and customer service.  The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer experiences.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Outside Sales:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate heavy-duty parts.
  • Develop new business opportunities within assigned territories.
  • Provide excellent post-sale follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Other Outside Sales duties, as assigned.
Counter Sales:
  • Assist walk-in customers with part inquiries and purchases.
  • Offer expert advice on parts and products to meet customer needs.
  • Process transactions efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
  • Other Inside/Counter Sales duties, as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
  • 5+ years of proven sales experience, preferably in the automotive or truck/trailer parts industry.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs as needed.
  • Familiarity with truck and trailer parts is highly preferred.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite products.
  • ERP experience is a plus.
