National Fleet/PSN Sales Associate

About the Position:
This position is responsible for understanding the PSN program by learning how to onboard, enter orders, assist in PSN errors, fix disputes, track enhancements for the program, track sales for Dealers, track sales for Fleets, and define areas that can be improved. Candidates for this position will need the ability to effectively articulate the needs of the department to management, so good verbal and written communication skills are a must. Additional tasks will consist of:
- RFQ’s
- Looking for Partners in Dealers and in Fleets; Being a liaison between Dealers and Fleet for parts and service
- Assisting in escalation from Fleet to Buyer
- Making accommodations to programs to fit a Fleet’s needs (flexibility)
- Maintaining Sales GP and finding new opportunities
- Price tapes
- Ability to upsell
- Tracking and reporting
Key Responsibilities and Duties:
- Coordinate and carry out all PSN Activities as assigned including Training, Billing Issues, Onboarding queries, sales order entry, parts research
- Assist in the VOC (voice of the customer) to help develop enhancements to the PSN program
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace, and abide by workplace health and safety policies and procedures
- Back up for other National Team members as needed during PTO and business travel
- M3 Order entry, Transportation quote assistance for fleets ordering parts
- Maintain a 45-60 day aging with fleets and dealers from the PSN program
- Understand the data to identify issues or potential issues
- Other tasks as assigned
Skills and Qualifications:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management (preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in Sales or a similar role
- ERP experience and knowledge of Fleet Programs is a plus
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, & Outlook)
- Experience with analyzing and entering data
- Excellent customer service and communication skills (verbal & written) and the willingness to engage with customers
- Organization and time-management skills; ability to meet deadlines
- Adaptability and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to be a team player
