Job Overview:
We are seeking a dependable Spotter/Switcher Driver to join our team. This role involves efficiently moving trailers, organizing units, ensuring the timely delivery of parts, and supporting our operations. You will play a key role in maintaining an orderly lot and ensuring smooth workflows for both in-house and customer-related needs.

You will play a key role in maintaining an orderly lot and ensuring smooth workflows for both in-house and customer-related needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pull trailers in for jobs promptly and accurately.
- Spot units for leasing operations, including inbound and outbound moves.
- Organize units on the lot to maximize space utilization.
- Stage parts in units located on the lot for easy access.
- Pickup and deliver large parts to customers as needed.
- Serve as a backup driver for our regular driver during absences or peak demand.
Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (CDL preferred but not required).
- Previous experience in a similar role or working with trailers and equipment is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to operate a switcher truck and move trailers safely and efficiently.
- Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and customers.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and move heavy parts when required.
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
Lifting Requirements:
- 75lbs infrequently
- 50lbs occasionally
- 25lbs frequently
