Sales Executive, Nationals

Do you have a passion for selling technology?  HotSchedules is looking to grow our Nationals Account Sales team with a Sales Executive to drive new software bookings from prospects and existing customers in the enterprise national brands marketplace.

This position requires a strong desire and ability to drive new relationships and utilize networking and prospecting skills to navigate through companies as well as an assigned territory.  Working with customers in this space is a highly complex sale and needs a dedicated salesperson with a proven track record of understanding the company value proposition, moving customers through the deal process quickly, and closing large & intricate opportunities. To be successful in this role the candidate needs to have demonstrated that they can foster long-term relationships with multiple buying influences, orchestrate on-sight and virtual meetings, and drive external negotiations that secure key partnerships with larger brands in the enterprise space. 

The ideal candidate will have experience selling software solutions and a working knowledge of restaurant operations. 

Required Education and Experience

  • Four-year college degree
  • 10-15  years SaaS sales experience
  • 3-5 years in an enterprise sales role with an assigned quota, preferably in a Business Development 
  • The ability to develop relationships with Executive level buyers
  • Proven track record of regularly exceeding quotas and performing among top 10%
  • Minimum 2 years selling software solutions into the restaurant industry
