This role is committed to driving continuous improvement by eliminating systemic redundancies and enhancing operational performance. It involves leading and supporting comprehensive process improvements and advancing both processes and team capabilities to better meet the needs of the Home Hardware Dealers. Led by the Manager, Distribution this position is ideal for someone with keen foresight, strong leadership qualities, exceptional collaboration skills, and a proactive approach to thriving in a dynamic environment.

- Develop and execute change management strategies to support the adoption of new processes, technologies, and initiatives within the distribution sector.
- Leads improvement through root cause analysis of process and performance to achieve improvements in operational effectiveness, efficiencies, and cost reduction.
- Manage complex process improvement projects and deliver productivity targets.
- Collaborate across all levels of the organization to identify and implement quality process improvements, find process interactions and dependencies, and develop key performance indicators.
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for distribution projects.
- Ensure compliance and adherence to OH&S Act, legislation through SOPs and daily ops (tasks).
- Provide mentorship and problem solving to key stakeholders, through collaboration, ensuring open communication and resulting in smooth transition during periods of change.
- Proven leadership skills through past supervisory experience required.
We’re looking for:
- Diploma in Supply Chain or Business Management.
- 5-10 years of Management experience in a Warehouse environment.
- Effective organizational and communication skills, outcome focused analytical thinker always striving for continuous improvement.
- Collaborative team player with superior influencing skills and comfortable taking calculated risks.
- Creative and bold, with the ability to navigate an ever-changing environment and make decisions that enhance Home Hardware's supply chain.
- Work with all organizational levels to identify and implement quality process improvements, uncover process interactions and dependencies, and establish key performance indicators.
- Excellent computer skills, along with strong written and verbal communication.
