Lead PRO Marketing Innovation: Engage, Grow, Excel
As a Pro Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing Home’s PRO marketing and loyalty programs to ensure corporate strategic alignment and connection with the valuable PRO customers and Dealer activities. Led by the Director, Pro & Sales Marketing, this opportunity will suit someone with knowledge of the building supply industry and experience in traditional, digital and email marketing.   
  
Ready to make an impact in a new role? Here’s how: 
  • Develop and manage all PRO marketing activities including print & digital flyer, email and newsletter, social and web marketing.  Collaborate with Home’s eCommerce team to develop a PRO web experience, driving online engagement and eCommerce purchases with PRO customers.
  • Responsible for the development and ownership of all aspects of Home’s PRO Loyalty Program, including Loyalty Marketing, CRM, Database Operations, Promotions, Vendor Bonusing and Financial Management. 
  • Plan and execute Home’s PRO Shows including project scope, site selection, event marketing, vendor reselling and customer acquisition efforts.
  • Oversee and develop strategies and tactics to support the growth of Home’s Tool Rental Program.
  • Effectively lead, motivate, and support the PRO Marketing Project Leader and Tool Rental Marketing Associate to achieve departmental objectives.
  • Work cross-functionally and partner with the Marketing & Merchandise teams to promote the PRO & Tool Rental marketing programs maximizing deliverables: involvement with planning, item selection, channel development and performance reviews.
  • Serve as a key contact for Home Dealers to engage questions and feedback, address and resolve issues, and identify opportunities for improved performance with the PRO marketing, Loyalty, and Tool Rental Programs. 
 
We’re looking for:
  • Diploma in Business or Marketing, with five to ten years’ experience with PRO Loyalty & CRM Programs and principles; previous experience managing a PRO Loyalty Program is preferred.  
  • Knowledge and experience in the Building Supply Industry, specifically in Sales, Contracting and Building Supply Products and Suppliers.
  • Demonstrated expertise in traditional, digital marketing and email marketing preferred.  Accounting experience is an asset.
  • Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • A confident public speaker, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task, with proven exceptional project management skills.
  • Strong leadership capabilities to manage and motivate an effective team.
  • Ability to travel and work flexible hours when necessary.
  • The ability to be onsite three days a week at our corporate office in St. Jacobs, to accommodate our hybrid working model.
