JOB DESCRIPTION:

Provide administrative support and coordinate department related functions.

Receive incoming project requests, organize and input into tracking database.

Create and maintain a project schedule for the department.

Process monthly invoicing for services and maintain data.

Process monthly invoices for payment of vendors.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Professional interpersonal skills.

Effective organizational, time management skills, and attention to detail.

Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, Power Point, and Teams.

Ability to prioritize, co-ordinate, and multi-task.

Self-motivated, resourceful, and work with minimal supervision.

Show initiative.

Ability and willingness to work extra hours when required.
