Dutch Customer Service Specialist (m/f/d)

 

Your Responsibilities

  • You will be the point of contact between our company and our customers from www.home24.nl and www.home24.be  
  • With this role you will not only provide a high-quality service, but you will also make our customers happy
  • Here you will be responsible for the front-office and administrative back-office tasks concerning our customers’ orders, social media sites and internal translations
  • Processing our customer requests via phone and e-mail regarding our products, assortment, the order process, among others
  • Finding a sustainable solution for our customers to make them pleased with our service
  • Quality and solution-oriented cooperation with our home24 Teams

 

Your Profile

  • Experience in the customer service field is an advantage
  • Newcomers (m/f/d) are more than welcome – please convince us why you are a great asset for our team and our customers!
  • Strong in communication and balanced personality with a lot of empathy
  • Enthusiasm for working directly with customers
  • Affinity with our online and product world
  • Interest in the e-commerce field
  • You speak Dutch fluently and have good knowledge of English
