At home24, we work within 4 distinct business units. Each plays a vital role in the home24 customer journey, and each has its own unique functions and characteristics.

Central Business

Our business headquarters are based in the trendy Prenzlauer Berg area of Berlin. Our Finance, Marketing, Legal, HR, Technology and Commercial teams, as well as the offices of our board of management are all based here.

Warehousing & Logistics

We have two self-operated warehouses - one in Ludwigsfelde, about 30 minutes south of Berlin, and one in the north in Walsrode, Lower Saxony. Our Warehouse teams work extremely hard to ensure that our customers get their orders on time - all with a smiles. Every day, our various logistics teams work together on complex, logistical challenges in order to deliver the products to our customers quickly and in excellent condition. Our open, team-oriented culture helps us to meet our deadlines, but offer plenty of room for initiative, independence, and personal and professional development. We offer many career opportunities to build and shape your career completely independent of your cultural background, age, gender or previous experience. We are looking for employees who are hands on and want to be part of a successful and ambitious team. Customer Service

Our customer service team is based in our beautiful, protected building at Steinleinhalle, located directly at the S-Bahn station Landsberger Allee in Berlin. We have 2 bright kitchens, an activity room with ping pong, darts and kicker, and we also offer regular yoga classes. Our outlet store is also located in the same building, which means we have constant customer contact. About 100 employees work across 4 main areas in customer service:

Retail

Our showrooms are located in various cities in Germany and Austria. They are there to provide an inspiring offline experience to our customers allowing them to experience our products in real life. At our showrooms, customers also have the chance to speak to our dedicated interior designers who can guide and advise customers on their purchases. Our interior designers also help customers design their entire house using our 3D modelling software.

We also have several outlets for our bargain hunters. Here you can find products at very reduced prices. You can also purchase products immediately and take them home. Some of the products are from our returns department, and are slightly damaged. We also have a workshop on site where the products are repaired to their former glory and fit for resale. The sales staff on hand helps customers through every stage of the sales process, from finding the right products to putting the products into their cars.
