Description

The Assistant Marketing Coordinator is responsible for delivering high quality proposals and other collateral to support the company sales and marketing initiatives. This person will work with teams to collect and maintain project data and support of the company’s brand. In this role, you may be required to travel up to 10% of the time.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records and files for clients, prospects, projects, and partners within the CRM system
  • Communicate with project teams to gather progress updates, value stories, and coordinate progress photography and other branding materials
  • Collaborate with internal teams and departments to produce internal and external communications
  • Manage and organize the marketing library, including staff resumes, photography, statistics, graphics, and video content
  • Assist with the creation, editing, optimization, and delivery of marketing materials
  • Produce and manage RFPs and presentation materials in collaboration with business development leaders
  • Support division marketing communications efforts, including sales collateral, advertising, social media, thought leadership, and public relations
  • Provide marketing and sales support at both the corporate and division levels
  • Prepare and submit award applications and supporting materials
  • Assist with meeting planning, trade show coordination, company store, client meetings, and special events

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
  • 0–2 years of experience in marketing, proposal coordination, or administrative support
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and CRM platforms preferred
  • Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities in a fast‑paced environment
  • Strong professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail with strong critical thinking and analytical abilities
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with cross‑functional teams
  • Valid drivers' license required
