Field Quality & Installation Manager
Description
- Serve as the technical bridge between the field and manufacturing to resolve quality concerns.
- Conduct on-site evaluations, offering insights to enhance product performance.
- Partner with the QMS to implement corrective actions and process improvements.
- Train and assess dealers to refine installation techniques and best practices.
- Manage safety incidents and ensure compliance with standards.
- Address escalated concerns to uphold product quality and customer satisfaction.
- Share actionable field feedback to fuel innovation and refinement.
- Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years in a technical field role, preferably with leadership experience.
- Knowledge of quality systems and data-driven improvement processes.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and incident management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; AI tool experience is a plus.
- Willingness to travel frequently for on-site support (40-60%).
- Delivering precise insights and solutions with attention to detail.
- Managing priorities, meeting deadlines, and exceeding expectations.
- Working independently with integrity and reliability.
- Building trust through clear communication and collaboration.
- Solving problems proactively and staying composed under pressure.
- Candidates must be willing to travel up to 60%.
