What We Need:
We are looking for a Supply Chain Analyst 1 to join our HNI Workplace Furnishings - Operations team. 
 
The Supply Chain Analyst 1 is responsible for supporting supply chain operations by managing supplier performance, ensuring parts availability, and resolving supply disruptions. This role leverages data analytics, problem-solving skills, and cross-functional collaboration to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency. This role will be accountable for developing and implementing advanced strategies to enhance supply chain efficiency and effectiveness. 
 
What You Will Do:
  • Oversee and streamline the request for quote process for special parts, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Coordinate and maintain the setup of procurement attributes for special parts, enhancing data integrity and accessibility.
  • Facilitate effective communication handoffs to cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless integration and execution.
  • Lead supplier communication for special part design and lifecycle updates, fostering strong supplier relationships.
  • Manage projects related to continuous improvement activities across the supply chain, driving process enhancements and efficiencies.
  • Analyze network data related to capacity, scheduling, production, distribution, transportation, and customer contact to identify and implement opportunities for network optimization and standardization.
  • Investigate root causes and resolve existing network problems, ensuring system reliability and performance.
  • Participate in activities as appropriate to ensure success of the organization.
What You Have:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.  
  • At least 1 years of relevant experience required. 
What You’re Good At:
  • Strong written and verbal communication with the ability to build strong relationships
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to identify and find root cause to effectively problem solve
