What We Need:
We are looking for a Supply Chain Analyst to join our HNI Workplace Furnishings - Operations team. In this pivotal role, you will support the advancement of supply chain capabilities by driving standardized processes, project management excellence, and sustainable supplier engagement across the enterprise. Your work will directly contribute to optimizing supply chain performance, ensuring consistent execution of best practices, and fostering collaborative relationships that promote sustainability with our supplier partners.
What You Will Do:
- Lead and coordinate supply chain projects that span multiple internal teams and external suppliers, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop, document, and promote standard work procedures and best practices to elevate supply chain performance and consistency across the organization.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between supply chain business units, suppliers, and sustainability teams to drive continuous improvement and responsible sourcing initiatives.
- Monitor supplier engagement activities around sustainability goals, promoting outreach programs and ensuring alignment with our corporate responsibility commitments.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support data-informed decision-making, translating key insights into actionable plans without focusing on complex technical analysis.
- Create, manage and maintain dashboards or reports related to supply chain metrics using user-friendly visualization tools, helping stakeholders track progress against goals.
- Serve as a liaison between business partners and technical teams, helping translate organizational needs into achievable project plans and standardized processes.
What You Have:
- Minimum 4-6 years demonstrated experience in IT, Data Analytics/Reporting with, Supply Chain, Procurement or Finance. Experience in supply chain operations, project management, or business process improvement roles, preferably in a Center of Excellence or similar function.
What You’re Good At:
- Comfortable working with Microsoft suite of tools such as Power BI, Power Apps, or Flow to support reporting and stakeholder communication (advanced technical skills not required but highly desirable).
- Proficient in SAP and or Oracle. Experience with an ERP implementation is desired.
- Advanced proficiency with MS Excel, Power BI, and other analysis tools. Experience working with IT to create new Power BI dashboards is highly desirable.
- Advanced proficiency with PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and deliver projects on time while managing cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with an emphasis on facilitating teamwork and driving organizational change.
- Proven experience in developing and maintaining standard work documentation and managing process governance.
- Exposure to sustainability programs or supplier outreach initiatives is highly desirable.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and foster partnerships across various levels.
- A proactive and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving with the ability to balance multiple priorities efficiently.
