Sales Activation Manager
Description
- Develop and implement sales activation programs and strategies to achieve revenue goals and market growth.
- Create engaging and compelling sales activation programs, tools, and resources enhancing the sales team’s ability to win in market.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to build successful go-to-market activation strategies and plans in alignment with product launches, promotions, and key business objectives.
- Serve as main point of contact between marketing and sales to ensure consistent messaging and execution, as well as bringing market insight and gaps to internal teams.
- Define and track sales activation program outcomes/KPIs providing ROI recommendations for improvement in a timely manner.
- Provide real-time communication to sales leaders to optimize/enhance program effectiveness.
- Partner with sales operations and leadership to identify market gaps and opportunities for activation.
- Participate in activities as appropriate to ensure the success of the organization.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field is required.
- At least 3 years of experience in sales activation/enablement, operations, or commercial strategy required; 5 years of experience preferred.
