This is an opportunity with growth and development areas. You will play an important role in the creation and delivery of the digital team’s portfolio of lifestyle and healthcare accounts. The position will work closely with the Digital Director on the successful implementation of integrated communication strategy, working across projects, campaigns and events. This role will also give you an opportunity to get into new business development, and farming of current clients.

Responsibilities

  • Planning, developing and implementing influencer strategies locally and regionally
  • Cultivating relationships with key spokespeople and influencers; key opinion leaders and other organisations,
  • Develop strategic thinking, development of strategic communications plans and writing, editing and design of communications tools and publications
  • Be a leader/manager of integrated marketing projects, with end-to-end responsibility for the delivery as well as achievement of objectives and measurable results
  • Align communications practices with business goals and client KPIs/milestones
  • Develop and present proposals, pitches and new business meetings in partnership with a director
  • Analyse research findings, prepare and present insights for projects with recommendations
  • Facilitate brainstorms internally with the PR and digital teams as well as with clients
  • Develop and implement integrated communication strategy and plans independently and effectively
  • Generate content including: presentations; printed materials, video and digital media scripts, influencer briefing documents, for further creative development
  • Understand and articulate a clear client brief and conduct project debriefs - both with client and project teams
  • Research, documenting and sharing key learnings and insights to internal and clients teams within the project development process
  • Demonstrates leadership in motivating team members and efficient team management in applying resources

Requirements

  • Tertiary degree in marketing or communications
  • 2 to 6 years of account management and digital marketing experience

Strong showcase of ability to managed a wide range of projects, including integrated marketing campaigns, content development and social with a high degree of success and independence

  • Be able to demonstrate the ability to manage high profile projects within a client organisation guided by agency approaches and models
  • Strong showcase of work on influencer campaigns and demonstrate understanding of how to work with influencers locally and internationally
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Perform effectively under pressure of meeting deadlines without sacrificing professional standards
  • Be able to troubleshoot and develop solutions for day-to-day problems
  • Prior client facing experience is a bonus
