THE ROLE + RESPONSIBILITIES
- The role involves hands-on oversight of the creation of compelling content and content strategies.
- Provide counsel to clients and help develop insight driven content strategies for current and new clients, championing creative work that will work across all channels.
- Developing compelling concepts for content series and campaigns that achieve client objectives.
- Specialise in understanding and articulating best in class publishing, including the programming, optimisation and community management involved in executing effective content strategies.
- Ensure best practices in content strategy, (video, social, website), community management, social engagement and SEO are being adhered to across all client and owned channels.
- Play a key supporting role in terms of proposal development, pitching and conversion.
DESIRED ATTRIBUTES
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, photoshop and illustrator.
- Have a strong analytical understanding (including comprehensive usage of web and social analytics) and the ability to understand what the audience needs to know and how they want to consume it.
- Solid working knowledge of digital channels/ social media platforms and how they can be used to generate, host, and engage audiences with creative content.
- Have a flair for explaining technical issues with clarity in a non-technical way, plus intellectual and creative curiosity to drive results.
- Have a passion for technology and will complement the team’s values by being ambitious, creative, culturally open, kind, and supportive.
- Have a clear understanding of the use of data to guide decisions and its use in setting and measuring key performance indicators.
- Understand best practice community management and influencer engagement tactics.

OUR LONDON OFFICE
