The JeffreyGroup, a Hill+Knowlton Strategies company, is looking for a Training Specialist to join our regional team in Mexico. We are an agency with more than 25 years of experience advising the main companies and brands in Mexico and Latin America. We have a great team of 120 consultants in Mexico City, specialized in providing the best customer service, as well as building long-term relationships.

Our ideal candidate is a highly motivated training professional who will support our training needs. JeffreyGroup presents an exciting opportunity to gain valuable agency experience working within a global network. Our people bring their experience and creativity to work every day with passion and a service attitude.

This person will be focused on providing direct customer service, seeking positioning opportunities with media outlets, developing communication documents, managing junior colleagues, and implementing strategies.


What You’ll Be Doing


On an as needed basis, the training facilitator will implement training content and fulfill the needs of front-line travel client.



What You’ll Need To Get Here

  • Fluency in both Spanish and English (full professional proficiency)
  • An attitude of a highly self-motivated professional, with the ability to work independently.
  • Someone who can adapt to change and take actions to meet and exceed client expectations.
  • Strong background in training delivery, implementation and logistics
  • Process-centric thinking, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to recognize process.
