H+K London’s Retail + Leisure division is a passionate team of comms experts from across fashion, travel, retail and entertainment, representing some of the most exciting and innovative brands in this space. The breadth of our work is second to none: we produce Cannes-Lion winning content, create inspiring brand-building campaigns that drive preference, and lead some of the busiest press offices in the industry.  We focus on helping the brands we work with create emotional connections with their audiences and tell stories that drive cultural relevance.

We are looking for either an established Account Manager or Senior Account Manager to join our team to work primarily across a travel and lifestyle portfolio of world-renowned brands in this sector (portfolio including a global hotel chain and leading entertainment provider).

  • Creative problem-solver who relishes coming up with new and innovative ways of working and ideas to answer briefs and challenges 
  • Curious and connected, interested in and keeps up to date on trends, with a knack for spotting opportunities to create cultural relevance for client brands
  • Expert in the UK media and influencer landscape, with outstanding media relations skills (ideally with existing relationships across travel, lifestyle and/or national media)
  • Ability to design and implement well-thought through executional plans that capture the attention of earned audiences
  • Strong communication and organisational skills, demonstrating a keen attention to detail in both areas
  • Motivated and hungry to take ownership of responsibilities and develop own potential
  • Experience in regional or global account work is desirable, but not essential


  • First port of call for day-to-day client contact and counsel
  • Leading on creative and content ideation (with support from the senior team), with opportunity to shape and contribute to strategy development
  • Creating a wide range of content for client campaigns (photography, press releases, video, etc.)
  • Design and management of tactical activity (talent management, events management, etc.)
  • Driving media and influencer relations (from designing media and influencer strategy / plans to managing implementation)
  • Supporting junior members of the team to deliver and develop by providing coaching and feedback
  • Taking ownership of and ensuring smooth account management across ongoing client liaison, reporting, day to day financial management
  • Supporting business development opportunities (e.g. taking an active role in pitches, etc.)
