The purpose of this full time role is to work as an integral part of the wider Continental European team, supporting all our offices to make the best pitches, get the best intelligence and work in the most easy and efficient way.

Business Development Responsibilities

  • Business intelligence – support analysis of new business opportunities, ensure teams are aligned and connected, and support research. Checking Looking Glass and Pipeline for new opportunities.
  • Proposals and pitches – managing the pitch process for opportunities, including RFIs, qualifying leads, ensuring teams follow the H+K Way 7 Step Process, booking in meetings and pitch rehearsals, preparing pitch set-up, debriefing with both the team and prospect.
  • Global trackers – ensuring Europe input into the global tracker is updated on a weekly basis
  • Global Snap Shot – updating this biweekly, based on the global tracker.
  • Pipeline – supporting all offices in ensuring their Pipeline is fully up-to-date, managing entries in their absence.
  • Business intelligence – support analysis of new business opportunities, ensure teams are aligned and connected, and support research across Continental Europe offices.
  • Credentials – working with our SVP EMEA New Business + Marketing, manage our Internal portal ensuring all CE case studies and biographies are individually uploaded, along with key Power Points and other materials.
  • Data + Insights – use GWI to conduct audience mappings and create pen portraits across Continental Europe as needed.

Responsibilities – Design coordination

  • Design management – managing design requests across Continental Europe, booking time with our designer, ensuring the design request tracker is up-to-date and ensure priority design needs are met at all times.
  • Freelancers – booking freelance designers as needed, including managing POs and finances across Continental Europe offices.
  • Team calendar – responsible for managing the new business and marketing calendar ensuring all proposals, pitches and marketing moments are tracked, so that CEOs all know what’s happening,a nd where they need to pay attention.

Marketing Responsibilities

  • Awards co-ordination– working closely with Marketing Executive to manage the co-ordination of award entries across Continental Europe. Including handling payment and award attendance.
  • Thought leadership – identifying campaigns with award winning potential, speaker opportunities, events, commentary and engagement opportunities for the teams, working closely with the European and Global Marketing Team.
  • Marketing initiatives – communicating global initiatives locally, ensuring a fast information flow in both directions and that CE is fully engaged in, active and represented in world-wide initiatives. This will include working with CEOs and regional management in a flexible and resourceful way.
