VP, Corporate Advisory


The VP, Corporate Advisory will serve a key role in the continued growth of H+K’s global corporate advisory business. This role contributes to client service, strategic planning, operations, and marketing. A comprehensive understanding of the corporate advisory market and strategic communication services for C-suite clients is essential.


Here's What You’ll Be Doing:


In collaboration with our advisory, marketing, and data intelligence colleagues, the VP will identify intellectual capital opportunities and lead the development, implementation and marketing of thought leadership. 


In the client service component of the role, the VP will serve as a valued account team member and leader of corporate affairs and advisory engagements. The VP will inspire the confidence of executive-level clients and colleagues and build trusted relationships with constituents and influencers.


This position reports to the global chair, corporate affairs & advisory.

What You’ll Need to Get Here:


  • 10 + years of demonstrated success in professional services with expertise in strategic communication, marketing, operations and business development
  • Proven ability to develop communication strategies and lead programs that contribute to value creation
  • An excellent writer and developer of creative content, collateral and channels appropriate for a C-suite audience
  • Capacity to comprehend and synthesize data and translate it into a narrative
  • Well organized with planning capabilities, adept at organizational operations
  • Proactive nature and growth orientation with exceptional judgment, gravitas and ability to build relationships in a global context
  • A strong team orientation, with experience leading and being a member of diverse global teams with an awareness of cultural, economic and political differences
