One of our client-facing teams in Dallas has an opening for a rock-star business intelligence & reporting Associate. This is a unique opportunity to perform media monitoring, reporting, research and analysis as it relates to the landscape and industry for a fortune 500 telecommunications and mass media conglomerate. This person will be responsible for generating actionable intelligence for senior leadership. This position encompasses the roles and responsibilities of a traditional Account Executive. 

 What you’ll be doing:

  • Work on-site with the client, executing initiatives, ensuring client satisfaction and anticipating needs and potential issues as they arise
  • Providing proactive recommendations to the client based on creating and analyzing media monitoring reports
  • Creating and editing written materials to ensure high quality and precision
  • Contributing creativity, passion and expertise to an entrepreneurial team environment where everyone’s voice is heard, highly valued and rewarded

         What you’ll need for consideration:

  • Undergraduate degree
  • 2-3 years of professional post-graduate experience (agency and client facing preferred)
  • Experience analyzing business intelligence information, media monitoring, and writing summary reports
  • An understanding of data generation concepts and data structures
  • Experience with Cision, Vocus or related
  • Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Articulate, poised, quick on your feet; ability to work in a fast-paced environment that is client facing
  • Equally comfortable working as a team or being self-sufficient
  • Proficient with Excel and PowerPoint
  • Comfortable presenting research findings to individuals from various business units
  • Detail oriented, problem solver, energetic
  • Strong understanding of social media trends and analytics
