Hill+Knowlton Strategies (H+K) is an international PR and communications agency based across 80 offices in 40 countries and working globally with many of the largest multinational companies. We structure and lead our business around industry sector teams to deliver deep industry knowledge for the benefit of our clients. The H+K Healthcare team is a vibrant and close-knit team passionate about creativity and the power of storytelling and content that focuses on thinking about patients as people. Increasingly we are applying behavioural science to our programs and evolving our approach to measurement. The Healthcare team is one of the fastest growing in the London agency, and the potential for this role is huge.  In addition to a healthy team dynamic where collaboration is encouraged, there is also a strong new business pipeline.

  • Understanding communications needs of senior clients operating within European and global private and public sector businesses
  • Help professionally develop other members of the team, act as a team coach, mentor and motivator to the team, creating a high-performance culture.
  • Encourage and demonstrate collaborative working across our global H+K network as well as with our behavioural science, internal and creative studio
  • Benefit from our cross-discipline approach to our client’s business needs working with our colleagues in internal, brand PR, consumer, medical education, crisis, corporate and our in-house content publishing, creative design and production teams – as well as our expert and truly global health network.


  • Healthcare and PR/communications agency experience is essential
  • Strategic thinker with excellent client service skills
  • Solid financial and general account management
  • Good knowledge of the power of digital content + media to amplify a message across multiple channels
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering/planning delivery of a story across a variety of channels relevant to a client’s key audiences
