This is an unique opportunity to join Hightail’s world-class marketing team in an individual contributor role as our Senior Marketing Manager for lead generation and account based marketing programs

The successful candidate in this role drives business results through:

  • Building and executing a comprehensive lead generation plan including webinars, live events, online experiences and Account-Based Marketing strategies to drive leads, bookings and renewals
  • Maintaining the programs calendar and the programs budget
  • Ensuring appropriate reporting for needed ROI visibility
  • Defining and owning the MQL targets (volume and CPA), optimizing toward delivering results through the full sales funnel: leads to closed won
  • Working with internal and external team members to create compelling content to support lead generation, nurture programs and funnel optimization programs (presentations, white papers, videos, ebooks, flipbooks and direct mail)
  • Partnering with sales leadership and reps on efforts to optimize their Lead to Opportunity to Deal funnel including messaging, cadence and content
  • Partnering with Customer Success on programs and content to encourage successful early adoption of key collaboration features
  • Partnering with Marketing/Sales Operations to ensure all efforts are appropriately tracked for reporting and optimization
Is this the opportunity for you?
  • You have 4+ years experience in a fast-paced, B2B demand generation focused marketing organization conceiving and executing innovative programs with demonstrable impact on new bookings
  • You have personal, hands-on experience building creative content with or within advertising agencies
  • Your background includes enterprise software - ideally (but not required) within the marketing vertical to SMB and enterprise mid-market
  • You have a deep understanding of the sales funnel and a set of honed best practices of partnering with inside and field Sales organizations
  • Your familiarity with automation like Marketo or HubSpot and CRM like Salesforce could be approaching black-belt or ninja status
  • Your communication, presentation, and writing skills are undeniably excellent and you enjoy collaborating on marketing copy on every medium
  • You enjoy staying on top of marketing, advertising, creative and content marketing trends and look forward to applying these insights to your daily activities
  • You enjoy a fast paced work environment and are ‘in your flow’ when actively juggling both short and long term priorities along with daily demands
  • You love to try new things and ‘test and learn’ may actually be your middle name especially to optimize messaging and landing page conversion
  • You love owning a project from concept to completion
  • You’re not afraid of metrics and spreadsheets
