This is an unique opportunity to join Hightail’s world-class Marketing team as an individual contributor in a high-visibility, cross functional Customer Growth role devoted to empowering all Hightail users to realize the full potential of Hightail and become more successful in their marketing and creative roles.

The successful candidate will:

  • Develop programs and initiatives targeted to Hightail’s installed base of free, Pro and Business users in order to deliver needed usage, revenue and viral goals.
  • Conceive and drive in-product experiments and communications in lock step with Product/Engineering to increase discovery and adoption of Hightail’s high value viral and collaboration features.
  • Analyze and understand data around user behavior metrics using all tools and resources available; regularly contributing actionable insights and informing key programs and strategies with this insight into the distinct user journeys.
  • Ensure customer support, customer success, sales and marketing teams are appropriately briefed and equipped for releases of new experiences and functionality
  • Keep the wider organization up to date on the competitive landscape
  • Stay close with all of Hightail’s user audiences with research and conversations as well as insights from support, sales and marketing with the goal of understanding their unique use-cases and current challenges in order to inform prioritization and roadmaps
  • Provide a holistic view and strategy for all user communications: in-app, email, trigger and mobile notifications

  • You have 4+ years of demonstrable customer marketing experience within a B2B or B2C SaaS business.
