The Bilingual Accountant will be responsible for all accounting and tax activities, local and corporate closings and reports, internal and external audits, he will have to ensure that the information is correct and delivered in the designated time.



  • Supervise the accounting process in all the legal entities under his charge
  • Accompany the internal and external accounting team in daily tasks, seeking continuous improvement in processes.
  • Responsible for the determination, presentation and payment of taxes in all countries.
  • Responsible for the presentation of annual information to control entities in each country.
  • Attend internal and external audits in the countries in charge.
  • Prepare the monthly accounting closing, ensuring time and quality of information.
  • Answer questions about closings, and everything related to accounting and taxes.
  • Create and maintain good professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Have a professional and consultative exchange with the HH Global team.
  • Be proactive in solving problems and finding solutions when necessary.
  • Optimize delivery of the activities within budget and deadlines.
  • Communicate effectively and timely.
  • Use know-how to prioritize activities and key deliverables.
  • Be able to work independently and help other processes whenever needed.



  • 5 years experience of all financial routines (reporting, budgeting, treasury, accounting, taxation, invoicing, collections, compliance) within your region.
  • 5 years experience in treasury activities (accounts payable, accounts receivable, collection, exchange closing).
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related
  • Experience in managing external providers and different stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated and with good communication skills.
  • Eager to learn and look for information when needed.
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel and Word.
  • Good organization, autonomy, and sense of accountability.
  • Awareness of the impact of one's own behaviour on others and taking initiatives to achieve results.
  • Active participation in the team's work to achieve common goals.
  • Positive attitude towards new situations and challenges.
  • Flexibility in stress management on time.
  • Reactivity, motivation, commitment to developing one's own knowledge and skills.
  • Advanced English
