HR Intern

The HR Intern will be responsible for the execution of HR Operations within assigned geographies. The role will perform a variety of HR tasks including all facets of Onboarding, entering, and maintaining accurate data in HR systems, creating employee communications, and serving as a go-to for employees.




  • This person will support Mexico City  Shared Service Centers with participation in some regional projects as well.
  • Respond to routine HR questions including, but not limited to benefits, payroll, vacation or redirect employees to appropriate contacts.
  • Maintain electronic copies of all employees’ files.
  • Process benefits enrollments and changes as needed.
  • Keep apprised & updated on new regulations, company policies & procedures.
  • Responsible for generating reports and handle confidential information.



  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
  • Entry Level position (recently graduated).
  • Attention to detail.
  • Maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
  • Extremely flexible, highly organized, and able to easily shift priorities.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
