The Creative Recruiter will play a key role as a recruiting partner for our West Coast-based client operations, primarily specializing in recruiting for creative and design positions. This person will cultivate relationships with both hiring managers and candidates to ensure an efficient and effective recruiting process and use creative sourcing strategies to meet client and business needs. They will drive positive candidate experiences and serve as an ambassador for HH Global across North America as we continue to grow.


  • Manage the full life cycle of recruitment for a variety of requisitions across multiple locations, from recruiting kickoff, sourcing, interview management, and offer negotiation.
  • Develop a strong talent pipeline for our West Coast operations and source top passive talent through sourcing, cold calling, personal networking, and social media.
  • Serve as a partner to our hiring managers, advise on best recruiting and interviewing practices, and encourage creative solutions to fill challenging and complex requisitions.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience, including managing candidate communications, scheduling, and interview workflows.
  • Keep up to date on industry and market trends and serve as an ambassador for HH Global in the marketplace.
  • Maintain all pertinent application and interview data in our Applicant Tracking System (Jobvite).
  • Work with team leadership to develop and maintain best practices across the recruiting function.


  • 2+ years of full cycle recruiting experience in an agency or corporate environment, preferably filling positions in the creative and design space.
  • Bachelor’s degree in related discipline.
  • Proven success recruiting for high volume positions.
  • Clear understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle process.
  • Proven ability to partner with multiple hiring managers concurrently.
  • Able to work independently toward recruiting objectives with a sense of urgency.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish credibility and respect with a broad range of business partners.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Highly proficient with G-Suite software.
