As a Creative in Marketing, you bring visual, design, written and experiential acumen to client products and services, presented across all major media, content, channels, and experiences. You have the ability to perform your role in a flexible, ever-changing environment and must be open to new influences and inspiration. You will work with a deeply cross-functional team and inspire a team of partners by sharing ideas and developing effective solutions to generate multiple concepts supporting all forms of major media. You will be equally comfortable making; rolling up your sleeves and designing, mocking, writing, or prototyping; showing, not telling. 

This is a role for the Art Director, communicator and problem solver who wants to have their hands in several things at once; who can deliver designs from concept to execution and who can collaborate well with others.


Above all, Art Director is passionate about storytelling, with an eye for detail and a blend of creative and technical production skills. This position will work closely with the Creative Director, creative producers as well as cross functional producers to design, create and maintain our client’s visual presence across marketing efforts for their products and services. 




We work with cross-functional teams, such as Marketing, Production, Retail, Editorial, Engineering, Localization and QA. You will be responsible for weekly production requests of consumer facing communications that are featured in multiple channels. In addition to the production assignments, you will also be asked to contribute to original design and campaign explorations.

All creative marketing is considered very closely by many teams. You will need to have experience working in a fast paced, iterative process and be able to professionally accept art direction and feedback.

  • Is motivated and driven, and collaborates well with other creatives and creative producers and cross-functional to solve complex problems with simple solutions. 
  • Strength in translating high level ideas into unique visual styles and directions.
  • Stylistic breadth, attention to detail, balance and innovation.



  • Experienced in developing and executing campaigns, and has an advanced understanding of what makes content engaging and successful across channels and audiences.
  • Strong command of visual and communication design principles. 
  • Systematic thinker and has great understanding how it can be expanded and applied across consumer touch-points. 
  • A conceptual thinker who is strategically-centered, wildly creative, and obsessively meticulous.
  • Passionate about graphic design, typography, photography, motion and illustration. 
  • Delivers highly-resolved works at the intersection of culture and design.
  • A keen awareness of visual trends associated with entertainment, technology & culture. Experiences in designing for these industries would be useful.
  • A keen ability to create work under minimal supervision as well as package and present creative solutions.
  • Excellent communication; both written and verbal. 
  • Passion for a wide variety of editorial, digital and content design.
  • Art & Creative Direction experience. 
  • Portfolio demonstrating proficiency in delivering strong creative ideas across digital, social or static and print. 
  • 8+ years relevant design experience; plus for time spent at top design or advertising agencies. Plus in having experience in motion & 3D capabilities.  
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic, Information, Communication, Web design or equivalent 
  • Passionate about branding and relentless in preserving a brand’s authenticity
