The Supply Chain Coordinator is an integral part of our dynamic team and is responsible for accurately collecting, entering, maintaining, and updating all customer (Retailer) product PO submissions within the various retailer account modules and other similar online portals. Candidate must possess excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills to coordinate with the entire HHG team, clients, and stakeholders. Knowledge of EDI platform a plus.

  • Secure, monitor, and track all product POs
  • Maintain and reconcile customized supply chain project management reports and Excel spreadsheets on a regular basis, monitoring actual to planned quantities, reporting daily
  • Analyze and collaborate with retail buyers requesting PO updates and changes where required which requires detailed backup
  • Attend weekly production meetings and provide PO tracking updates
  • Monitor work in progress and coordinate with production team, warehouse, and logistics team to resolve issues with open work orders
  • Perform complex data entry/uploads of SGA vendor invoices in various Excel spread sheets/Smartsheets, timely, with a high level of accuracy
  • Assists with accounting records and ledgers by reconciling monthly statements and transactions
  • Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date ensuring that all payments are sent on time and are made in accordance with policy. Research and resolved payment discrepancies and disputes
  • Flexibility in accommodating rapid change and capacity to learn quickly
  • Proven effectiveness when working under pressure
  • Flexibility is key to this role as you may be required to work extended hours




  • High proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite


  • Excellent organization and time management skills to manage multiple tasks and multiple projects, at once
  • EDI PO and invoicing experience working on complex projects across multiple internal teams
  • Experience excelling within fast paced, high energy environments, with great attention to detail
  • Excellent level of verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact across multiple levels of business management
  • Ability to learn various in-house proprietary systems
  • Proven accounting experience, preferably as an Accounts Receivable or Accounts Payable clerk with clear understanding of accounting payable principles
  • Ability to work with low level of supervision and as part of a team atmosphere
