CREATIVE PRODUCER

Today there are over 4 billion users already online, with more than a billion getting connected in the next few years. Most of this growth will come from a small set of countries: Indonesia, Nigeria, and Brazil. This team’s mission is to connect these next billion users to technology that expands their opportunities so that our client is relevant to everyone, everywhere.

As a Creative Producer, you will be supporting our client’s growth marketing team. A successful candidate will have a deep passion and understand for the mission, brand, and experiential marketing experience, a demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences, and experience working cross-functionally with teams around the world.

Among other things, the Creative Producer is expected to support product naming and visual identity, brand guidelines for global growth initiatives, and partner with designers, photographers, and agencies. The Creative Producer will lead planning, strategy, tracking, and reporting in event production. Your organizational skills, project management skills, and creative flair all find their place in this role.

This role can be fully remote but will need to be available during West Coast operating hours.

REQUIREMENTS

  • In addition to a BA/BS degree, up to 7 years’ work related experience in experiential marketing, tech marketing, brand management, strategy consulting, or agency.
  • Strong knowledge in physical and digital event production, developing step by step plans and leading planning, strategy, tracking and reporting.
  • Excellent written and presentation skills
  • Extremely detail-oriented and able to handle ambiguity and thrive under pressure.
  • Passion for the client’s mission and demonstrated interest in emerging markets.
  • Strong project management skills, including experience working with multiple internal stakeholders, external creative agencies, events vendors, and international projects.
  • International work experience in one or several target countries preferred: India, Indonesia, Nigeria, Brazil.
  • Related experience brand marketing work preferred.
  • Demonstrated analytical success. Demonstrated capacity for developing and understanding strategy
