MARKETING EVENT & PROGRAM MANAGER

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee and coordinate all aspects of event planning end-to-end, virtual event production and execution including scheduling, logistics, etc.
  • Responsible for building all project management tools including milestone, scheduling and timeline.
  • Leads event activation plan and logistics.
  • Virtual event production and coordination of post production efforts
  • Manages relationship with sales, vendors and cross-functional teams.
  • Builds and manages event budgets.
  • Track program metrics and success.
  • Strategic thinker responsible for program reporting, analysis and recommendation.
  • Project manages internal and external email invitations and event websites. 

REQUIREMENTS

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2+ years experience working in marketing program execution, preferably background in a marketing role at a technology or media company.
  • 2+ years in event planning.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a highly matrixed organization.
  • Distinctive problem-solving and analytical skills with a high degree of execution excellence and the ability to work on strict timelines.
  • Deep knowledge of Google productivity tools.
  • Experience with virtual events production via livestreams (experience with Google Platforms to host events a plus).
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with external agencies & internal teams within the marketing organization.
  • Execution focused with a strong attention to detail. 
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet aggressive deadlines in a very fast-paced environment.
  • Project management skills is a must, with the ability to collaborate across various teams, and drive decisions quickly
