Partner Marketing Manager

This role will require an extremely effective project manager and communicator, one who will work closely with various cross functional teams both internally and externally (ie. execution teams in design, production, sales and sales operations as well as creative and production agencies). The largest components of this role will be cross-functional collaboration, budget and project management of all ATL & BTL retail marketing tactics (in-store merchandising, training & advocacy, demo deployment, fixture installs/refreshes, etc).


        Collaborative planning and execution of successful partner marketing initiatives across 9 Indirect partners

        Co-development and end-to-end execution of ATL & BTL partner marketing programs including co-marketing & media planning, in-store (2D & 3D) merchandising and channel marketing.

        Manage fixture placements and co-marketing campaigns to help drive brand increased awareness and conversion, while measuring these tactics and using that data to ensure effectiveness and ROI.

        Align with key stakeholders & collaborate with creative & production teams, coordinate with vendors and agencies, project manage all partner retail marketing plans and details through to final delivery and implementation.

        Plan and manage budget, and associated processes such as SOWs, POs, Internal orders, etc.


        Must be a dynamic project management expert with the ability to own and execute several complex projects in fun, fast paced work environment

        Min of 4 years of experience of GTM/ channel marketing management, or program/project management, with experience in mobility and/or carrier marketing

        Must be highly organized with attention to detail

        4+ years of in-store merchandising, retail/ channel marketing and execution

        Partner management, GTM/ channel marketing, retail marketing or program/ project management

        Experience in partner marketing at Tier 1 carriers or OEMs in North America

        Effective communications, project management, critical things, and organization skills
