DIRECTOR, HR OPERATIONS

HH Global is looking for a Director, HR Operations who will be responsible for managing a team of employees that provide centralized employee service in HRIS, Payroll, Compensation and Benefits. They will work closely with our HR Business Partners, vendors, and employees to deliver services professionally. This position will support the organization in overseeing strategy, implementation, and administration for all HR Operations functions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage a team of HR professionals in all areas of HR Operations (HRIS, Payroll, Employee Services, and Comp / Benefits) in collaboration with Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partners to support employees and managers for business results.
  • Oversee Benefits manager who leads incentive and benefits programs across US and Canada
  • Lead strategy and ongoing implementation of multiple HR processes across the organization including onboarding/offboarding, payroll, HRIS/ data analytics, benefits, performance management and regular compliance activities
  • Lead all HRIS implementations and enhancements
  • Ensure compliance across HR Operations team and that programs operate within the guidelines of federal, state, and company policies
  • Develop goals and track performance against key indicators, assess departmental performance, and develop and implement process improvements or enhancements
  • Manage and administer project management support for the HR function and CHRO
  • Renegotiate or re-evaluate vendors in search of opportunities for cost-savings
  • This position reports to the CHRO of the Americas

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related discipline or similar field, or an equivalent combination of training and experience
  • Typically a minimum of 10 years HR Operations experience including at least 3 years managing people
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Payroll, HRIS, and HR back-office operations
  • Experience in departmental budgeting, strategic planning, and procedural change
  • Strong HRIS skills, especially in configuration and reporting
  • Strong Excel skills, especially with data analysis
  • Experience working within fast-paced, high-energy environments
  • Willingness set strategy and also roll up your sleeves
  • System experience in ADP
