MARKETING EVENT PROGRAM MANAGER

Your focus will be supporting a well-known high-tech company’s Marketing and Sales teams across North America. You're a strong communicator and project manager who is comfortable with data, and enjoys getting into the details.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Produce and execute medium to large events customer and partner events
  • Manage event logistics from top to bottom, including venue, catering, timeline, budgeting, onsite planning, pre/post events collaterals, etc
  • Oversee and manage overall plan: weekly reporting, timeline, audience acquisition efforts including communications plan creation and execution (invites to landing page)
  • Manage all communications pre, during and post events including printed materials (badges, printed agendas, signage) and virtual content (quick polls, post-event external and internal summaries)
  • Develop and pitch creative concepts and branding/marketing ideas for clients
  • Manage overall project budget and real-time tracking forecasting of expenses
  • Articulate creative concepts and ideas through writing creative briefs
  • Collaborate with cross functional team of creatives (designer, production and copy writer) to produce fresh innovative work
  • Review all creative work for brand consistency and client vision
  • Manage and prioritize all creative traffic with resources for short term and long term deliverables by establishing timelines
  • Lead and manage creative strategy for all digital and print content by providing creative inspiration to client and creative team to develop the customer journey
  • Provide marketing consultations with clients to help them develop new marketing campaigns and / or enhance their existing campaigns
  • Partner with marketing and sales to develop marketing plans for clients and identify opportunities that support the program
  • Build playbook, promo materials, case studies, sales dashboards, marketing dashboards, website, agency testimonial videos and program content for FAQs
  • Research and analyze industry trends to develop and build upon client marketing ideas
  • Implement strategy, measure program impact on sales funnel and identify KPIs
  • Conduct QBR meetings with client to review deliverables, pending items, and drive revenue
  • Work cross-functionally to analyze and measure the impact of creative deliverables on the program sales pipeline
  • Integral in attracting and developing client relationships and new business prospects

REQUIREMENTS

  • 5 years of marketing project management experience
  • BA, or professional experience equivalent
  • Aggressive attention to detail and strong background in data management
  • Previous B2B marketing and/or sales experience
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and customer service instincts to manage multiple stakeholders and clients
  • Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
  • Proven teamwork skills, flexibility, and the ability to devise and drive solutions
  • A strong interest in business strategy and objectives, with the ability to translate this understanding into something meaningful and beneficial both to the client and consumer
