Print Customer Service Coordinator

The Print Customer Service Coordinator will provide support to our client’s Marketing Distribution Team by responding to customer inquiries and problems. This person will field phone calls and emails from the client to provide superior customer service.


  • Respond to customer inquiries through various methods of contact, including phone, chat, web form, and email
  • Log all customer inquiries in the client’s phone and ordering system
  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
  • Track customer orders and update the customer as needed on the status of their requests
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments


  • 1+ years of coordinator-level experience with multiple or high-complexity service categories.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong phone skills and active listening.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Customer oriented and the ability to adapt and respond to different types of customers.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Problem analysis and problem solving.
  • Proven ability to be flexible and learn quickly in a dynamic environment.
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office software, specifically Excel.
  • Demonstrated aptitude in learning new technology for application in a professional environment.
  • Experience working with retail franchises and in-store POP/POS a plus
