INTEGRATED CREATIVE DIRECTOR

Your focus will be supporting a well-known high-tech company’s Marketing and Sales teams across North America. You're a strong communicator and project manager who is comfortable with data, Excel, and enjoys getting into the details.

 On a day-to-day basis, the marketing team is brainstorming innovative ideas to showcase flagship products, driving awareness and traffic, running promotions, acquiring new customers, growing relationships with existing customers, assessing opportunities analysis and research, and finding creative ways to bring unique online shopping experiences to life.

 

RESPONSIBLITIES

  • Provide design and creative vision for the development and implementation of marketing communications across all retail touch points including 2D, motion graphics, on-device demos, digital and experiential with the ability to understand how creative ideas will translate globally.
  • Effectively craft design details to support creative programs and design marketing concepts that meet the brand and business objectives and advance our retail strategy. 
  • Translate ideas through various design skills (drawing/sketching, ideation, color theory, typography, imagery, textures and motion, art direction) while understanding the context, insight, and visual design realities at retail. 
  • Setting a vision and art direct photography or video shoots and product render creation.
  • Effectively communicate, present and partner with stakeholders to achieve the highest possible creative output. 
  • Be a multi-brand steward by holding creative work to establish style guides while working to improve and evolve those guides, delivery systems, and processes.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • BA or MFA degree in Design or related discipline or 8 or more years of relevant design leadership experience
  • 10+ or more years’ experience at world class design firm/agency working on iconic global brands in the interactive space (emphasis on e-comm)
  • Advanced skill in Adobe’s creative suite, sketch and a portfolio of original and breakthrough ideas
  • Strong understanding of interactive platforms ranging from web to CRM
  • Smart, bold, and accessible sense of design
  • Extreme attention to detail and consistency
  • Highly organized and ability to balance multiple simultaneous projects
  • Interest in world-changing leaps in technology, along with a healthy disrespect for the impossible
