Creative Campaign Manager, Performance Media

As a Creative Campaign Manager for our client, you will lead creative development, testing and activation for digital advertising campaigns. You will be part of their Performance Paid Media team, supporting key marketing initiatives for their telecom division.


You will manage the creative production process from start to finish, briefing in partner agencies and leading creative reviews. You’ll continue to push our client’s creative efforts to be effective, data-driven and innovative. You’ll manage timelines, provide creative feedback, write ad copy and collaborate with marketing stakeholders on project goals. Your work will span campaigns, agencies and teams, and it's your job to prioritize deadlines, propel projects forward and keep all players informed.


The Paid Performance Media team is a part of our client’s Growth Marketing team. Their mission is to drive new subscribers through an innovative approach to paid media. The team prides themselves on their test & learn culture and constantly partners with product teams on piloting new products and features across all formats. The scope is expanding all the time and the opportunities to push the boundaries are plentiful. It is a small yet mighty team with a huge focus on impact and team culture.



  • Lead creative projects from brief to activation for all co-branded DR device campaigns 
  • Manage creative agencies through project lifecycles
  • Provide frequent creative feedback and updates as projects develop
  • Write ad copy across multiple channels
  • Track creative performance, identify testing opportunities, and execute
  • Educate stakeholders and agencies on process and guidelines, ensuring best practices are being followed
  • Manage, track and report on holistic strategy and performance for device campaigns
  • Evaluate and improve creative production processes over time



  • 3+ years of experience working in the digital creative space (agency or client side).
  • Creative-oriented strategic thinker with experience activating digital campaigns and innovative creative ideas
  • Familiarity with digital advertising channels and formats such as YouTube, Display, Social, Search
  • Working knowledge of performance (DR) media goals and best practices
  • Copywriting experience, ideally across a variety of consumer brands 
  • Solid project management skills with the ability to define and track projects, filter feedback and deliver projects on time
  • Experience working with creative agencies 
  • Experience in a client-facing role
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively influence and communicate cross-functionally with all levels of management
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation and organizational skills
  • Thrives in an environment of ambiguity
