CORPORATE COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER

We are looking for a highly talented communications professional to lead social media and online marketing for the C-suite. This role will be engaged in a variety of high-profile campaigns and initiatives in the public relations (PR) space. You will collaborate with executives and utilize platforms to execute communications plans. Must have a strong handle of current social media platforms, measurement technology, and how to lead initiatives and manage content in a manner that is effective and engaging.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead day-to-day public relations and social media programs
  • Actively post on platforms and participate in real-time engagement and interactions online
  • Advise the C-suite on topics such as image management and communications campaigns
  • Stay abreast of PR trends and social media happenings
  • Collaborate on media engagement plans, lead and execute campaigns
  • Create and cultivate thought leadership content and programs that are aligned with our organization’s goals
  • Architect diverse and modern media material
  • Create story pitches and cultivate relationships with social media and media venue representatives
  • Track the effectiveness of all campaigns and follow up with continuous improvement and optimization
  • Understand the company’s clear value proposition and go-to-market aims, and craft all PR to evangelize these core messages
  • Act as media and market influencer
  • Develop a range of communication materials including messaging, briefing documents, press releases, and media statements in partnership with stakeholders
  • Keep a keen eye on the category and culture to identify and develop partnership or editorial prospects

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in communications, business, marketing, or related field
  • 5+ years’ experience with corporate communications, including social media management, public relations, and brand management.
  • Extensive knowledge of social media platforms and analytics tools
  • Analytical skills at expert level with ability to leverage research and comparatives
  • Strong writing skills
  • Strong creative thinking skills
  • Able to multitask and project manage complex and global project simultaneously
  • Prior experience working with C-suite
  • Must be a self-starter
  • Passion and curiosity around social trends and emerging tech
  • Able to work seamlessly across cross-functional teams
